If you're looking for something sexy to do for Valentine's Day weekend, there are many obvious choices, but perhaps the most provocative public options are the back-to-back burlesque performances at The Belcourt Theater and Exit/In.
The Blind Tiger Dames, a new vaudevillian music and performance group, will present their premiere performance, Du Val De Vire, un cirque de l'amour on Friday night at The Belcourt Theater. The performance will feature live music, acrobatics, dancing and theater elements along with special guest Jacob The Juggler. Tickets are $25 for general seating, $30 for priority seating and are available here or The Belcourt Theater box office. The show will begin at 8:15.
On Saturday night, Nashville's original titillating troupe of burlesque beauties, Panty Raid!, will host A Valentine's Day Breastacular! at Exit/In. Hosted by Miss Lolly Pop, the show will include appearances from Chris Lemon, the boy with wire hair, Gypsyville Bellydance, hula-hoop troupe The Spinderellas, circus trickery from Sideshow Bennie, sexy strip teases from Kicky Larue and a very special feat of strength from St. Louis' pole dancing acrobat duo, Gravity Plays Favorites. Tickets are $12 in advance, $15 at the door and are available at Grimey's New & Pre-loved Music and here. The show will start at 9 p.m..
