EYEBALL MARTINIS Favorite martini recipe Radishes Olives stuffed with pimiento Mix your favorite gin or vodka martini. To make the eyeball garnishes, peel each radish with a vegetable peeler, leaving some streaks of red to make your eyeballs look bloodshot. Carefully carve a hole in one end of the radish. Place a pimiento-stuffed olive in the hole. Drop into each martini as a garnish. NOTE: You also can place the radish eyeballs in an ice cube tray, fill with water and freeze to make eyeball ice cubes.
