Byrd's Eye View: NYE at Limelight

Since the closing of City Hall and Bar Twenty 3  the Nashville Party crew decided to move their annual New Year’s Eve bash to Limelight directly across from LP Field. The jump across the Cumberland did nothing to deter the crowds of partygoers that formed a huge line outside the venue as early as 9 p.m. Inside, DJ Lunchbox and Nigel Richards provided the ear candy that kept the dance floor packed until last call. A VIP area with private tables, a champagne fountain, nibbles from Monell’s and an ice-luge shot server were also on hand to help folks ring in 2009.
