Byrd's Eye View: Spring Fashion
Music City tasted a sampling of high fashion last week when renowned L.A.-based designer Monique Lhuillier showcased 50 luxurious looks at the Spring Symphony Fashion Show.
Hundreds of guests, including Rascal Flatts' Joe Don Rooney, Allison DeMarcus, Phil Vassar and more, lined the runway in the Schermerhorn Symphony Center for the event, which included a performance from Lady Antebellum.
Lhuillier, who is best known for crafting stunning bridal attire, sent gown after gorgeous gown down the runway. Festooned in sequins, ruching and feathers, the dresses were a beautiful blend of drama and elegance.
"Somewhere, there's a naked peacock wandering around," quipped Music Row bigwig Fletcher Foster after the show.
