Byrd's Eye View: Hollywood Disco's Male Revue

With contestants named things like Lt. Pleasure, Dr. Feel Good, Fireman Alex, The Outlaw and even Mr. Fore Play, I had at least some idea of what I was in for when I headed over to Hollywood Disco for their Saturday night Male Revue.
I did not, however, expect to find a few amateurs thrown in the mix (looking good, Shaun Bertrand) and a troop of semi-naked men hanging from the rafters and contorting themselves into all sorts of twisty positions while a cluster of cougars squealed with delight, shoving dollar bills down their Speedos.
Obviously, the entire experience was hilarious. I watched most of it through my fingers, which were covering my completely crimson face, but I'll admit it was some of the most interesting entertainment I have caught in Music City in some time.
So, who took home the grand prize of $500 fast cash? The cowboy, of course! After all, this is Nashville, and our local ladies love their cowboys.
