It’s been two years since Lime opened its doors in Midtown. Owner Chris Hyndman, who is also responsible for Virago and formerly Layl’a, never seems to take any shortcuts when it comes to realizing his vision, and that’s the main reason why throngs of Nashville’s elite have supported his venues so wholeheartedly. Rumors have begun to churn about his next project, but the ever tight-lipped restaurateur vows not reveal any details.
