Byrd's Eye View - No. 1 party for 'American Honey'
Friends, family and colleagues gathered at The Phoenix Room on Monday, May 17, 2010 to celebrate the success of Lady Antebellum's smash hit song, "American Honey" with songwriters Hillary Lindsey, Shane Stevens and Carey Barlowe. The three writers gathered on a snowy night in December at a cabin in Gatlinburg and ended up penning the tune after stumbling upon a bottle of 'American Honey' whiskey. Now, the song is a No. 1 hit.
