Byrd's Eye View - St. Patty's Day at Dan McGuinness

St. Patrick’s Day on Demonbruen seemed to be especially festive thanks to Dan McGuinness, the authentic Irish bar that anchors the block.
This was the sixth year venue has hosted one of the city’s largest St. Patty’s celebrations, and folks started as early as 10 a.m. on Tuesday, lining up Irish car bomb shots and Guinness along the bar, drinking the day away.
For those who wanted to venture on to other parties but were in no shape to drive, Dan McGuinness offered a free shuttle to and from their Cool Springs location all day.
Former Denver Bronco and Vanderbilt Commodore Jay Cutler was spotted enjoying the festivities, as were thousands of other folks clad in creatively green ensembles, all of whom made their way up and down the string of bars until last call.
