It’s been two years since the guys of Nashville’s Electric Western Records started a humble dance night at The 5 Spot called Keep On Movin', dedicated to spinning the best ’50s and ’60s rock and roll, soul, doo-wop and the like.
It’s since become the hippest, sweatiest way to thumb your nose at the workweek, with local musicians including Jacob Jones, Reno Bo and Brendan Benson manning the decks over its two-year existence.
