The cocktail: Red Over Heels
2 ounces SKYY Infusions Ginger
1 ounce Honey Syrup*
3/4 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
Lemon twist
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass. Lay lemon peel twirl across the rim of the glass with cocktail pick.
*To create Honey Syrup, combine 1/2 ounce water with 1/2 ounce honey.
