Former band members sue Chris Daughtry

Three of Chris Daughtry's former bandmates have filed suit against the singer, claiming they're owed royalties from the Daughtry hit Home and three other songs. The suit was filed Thursday in North Carolina's Guilford County Superior Court, just days before two Daughtry concerts in his home state of North Carolina.
