Not only is Kristen Bell a vegetarian (which puts the 'greens' in green celebs) but she also got involved with an animal protection organization called Farm Sanctuary that promotes laws and policies to protect farm animals. In a 2008 gala and auction for this group, Kristen used her star power to raise money to end animal cruelty by putting up a lunch date with her for charity.
