Bon Jovi comes full 'Circle'
New Jersey's new Meadowlands Stadium is Bon Jovi's house. The Central Jersey band opened the brand-new stadium Wednesday night (May 26) with a show for approximately 65,000 fans. A recording of the band's "This Is Our House" played on the public address system—in case there was any disputing stadium ownership—just prior to their set.
"The only American Idol you need to see is right here on stage," said Jon Bon Jovi, a reference to the season finale of the television show broadcast that same night.
