You Were Spotted! Feb 16
Kings of Leon didn't leave Sunday's Grammy Awards in Los Angeles with either of the two trophies for which they were nominated, but that didn't keep them from feeling festive.
"Just because we lost tonight doesn't mean we can't have the best after-party," drummer Nathan Followill tweeted shortly after the ceremony.
It certainly sounds as if they threw the most Nashville star-stocked party. Among the Kings' guests spotted at the cozy and hip Sunset Boulevard lounge Trousdale: Grammy winners Lady Antebellum and The Black Keys, along with Miley Cyrus, Dierks Bentley, Michelle Branch, songwriter Cary Barlowe (who co-write Lady A's "American Honey"), Nashville-raised Glee star Chord Overstreet, singer Bruno Mars, actress Juliette Lewis and X-Games gold medalist Shaun White.
Kings of Leon stayed for the duration of the evening, burning up the dance floor into the wee hours of the night.
The band has been off the road while Nathan recovered from surgery for a torn right labrum and bicep, but it's set to resume in the Spring, with appearances including California's Coachella festival in April.
