FINALLY, a sophisticated restaurant in Nashville! The cuisine, atmosphere, service , wine list, dessert menu, the added Charlie Trotter-like surprises make this little gem a cut above ANY other dining experience known to man in Middle TN. Don't let the neighborhood scare you off (we keep going back to Margot's and Eastland Cafe, don't we??). This classy establishment sits just behind Bobby's Dairy Dip off of Charlotte Pike...you will NOT be disappointed. Start with the delectable foie gras then try the salmon or the duck (actually, anything you order will be over-the-top delicious). The wine list is purposefully customized to perfectly compliment the entrees (the owner/chef's wife is a sommelier) Be sure to save room for dessert!

My husband and I ate at Miel's last weekend and it was FANTASTIC. The atmosphere and service were wonderful and the food was excellent. You have to try the salmon, the wine selection was great and the desserts were to die for!
