For Southerners, the sign that you've found yourself a good meat-and-three is finding a place that prepares the Southern staples (mashed potatoes, chicken and dumplings, etc.) as well as your favorite aunt when you were still knee-high. Arnold's more than fills the bill with everything from fluffy mashed potatoes to an unusual gelatin-and-meringue take on peach pie. You get more than you pay for here, and you'll usually get more than you can eat, but that's why they make those extra holes on belts.
