With a menu focused on local and organic produce, meat, poultry and sustainable fish, this intimate restaurant is the first in Nashville to be certified green by the Boston-based Green Restaurant Association. Beyond the excellent food, chef and owner Jeremy Barlow has banned Styrofoam from the premises and makes it a practice to recycle, in addition to other environmentally safe practices. His menu is bursting with creative, contemporary choices, well-paired with an interesting wine list.
