The eatery next to Savarino's Italian Cucina just opened May 12, and serves Nigiri and Sashimi in addition to signature sushi rolls. Those who don't care for raw fish can choose from other menu items, such as a citrus sesame chicken salad, a veggie noodle bowl or basil mango curry.
