Ethiopian dining is an adventure for many, not as well-known as other of the citys more predominant ethnic cuisines, but one well-worth exploring. Eschewing forks and traditional utensils, one dines using a flatbread called injera, along with assorted savory meats and vegetables and sauces and grains, all of which allow even the non-adventurous to explore some new cultural frontiers. Abay is among the newer venues for these African delicacies, and their offerings allow something for everyone to enjoy, vegetarians included.
