Over the past few years, it seems sushi spots have been popping up fast and furious in the area, and Koi has thrown its hat in the ring with some pretty good rolls, nigiri and hot Japanese and Thai meals. Located in a strip mall (aren't the best ethnic places?), Koi uses incredibly fresh ingredients for their perfectly seasoned dishes. Vegetarians can get just about every dish done with tofu if they wish. Service is friendly and helpful, especially if you are new to the cuisine.
