Located south of Old Hickory Boulevard, this Korean-run restaurant serves up sushi and other Japanese dishes to the hordes of folks moving into the Lenox Village area. Behind the sushi bar you'll find Kim, who worked in California sushi houses before sharpening his knife at a few Nashville establishments. Must-try specialties include the Salad Roll with crab meat, shrimp tempura, cream cheese and avocado gorgeously encased in a cucumber wrap; and Salmon Heaven, an eight-piece roll of salmon, cucumber and crab topped with a salmon slice and a special white sauce.
