Fresh toppings, piping hot mozzarella cheese and tangy tomato sauce untainted by extra sugar are the trademarks here. But it's the crust that will really knock you out -- big, chewy, yeasty and substantial, it's the kind of crust that elevates pizza from an adequate snack to a memorable meal. Specialty pizzas such as the Kosmic Karma (pesto, spinach, feta and sun-dried tomato) beat the pants off most of the competition, local or not, and pizzas aren't priced stratospherically. Craft brew lovers will find a lot to like on the long draft list.
