This self-described "modern American bistro" on the site of the former wine bar The Grape specializes in creative cuisine in a stylish setting. The bistro's accomplished chef, John David Crowe, trained in Seattle, and he brings touches of the Pacific Northwest to the menu. Wine lovers: try one of the four flights. It's a good exposure to varietals you may not be familiar with, and servers are on top of their game when it comes to pairing wines with dishes.
