5 to Try: Crab cakes
It's hard to imagine how someone first looked at a crab scuttling across the sand and thought, "Hmmm, that would be mighty tasty with some mayo, Worcestershire and Old Bay." But we're glad they did. The crab cake is such a delicious treat, when done right, it works with just about any type of cuisine. Not too much breading, just the right crisp on the crust, a squeeze of lemon, a little dipping sauce and a glass of white wine. Who could be crabby after that?
