Belcourt Taps & Tapas gets creative

In Spain, tapas are small dishes that make big statements - a delectable way for diners to sample a chef's wares. More than a venue for showcasing a chef's creativity, a tapas bar is a casual, convivial spot that encourages sharing food, drink and conversation.
At Belcourt Taps & Tapas, restaurateurs Chris Lynch and Rose Melillo do not focus on serving true Spanish small plates. Instead, the husband-and-wife team have embodied the character of a quirky little tapas joint in their Hillsboro Village bungalow and infused it with Nashville flavor.
