Rincon Caribeno serves up array of island fare

With a broad brush, Rincón Caribeño Latin Bar and Grill offers a kind of one-stop culinary junket that sweeps the Caribbean rim.
Through a sampling of popular national dishes, your dining adventure can take you on visits to Puerto Rico, Cuba, Columbia, Venezuela, Mexico and Peru. You'll find Rincón Caribeño (which means Caribbean nook or corner) in a strip mall off of Bell Road.
For the less adventurous, there's a Tex-Mex listing of familiar dishes - chimichangas and the like. But the reason to come to this "Caribbean Corner" is to experience South-of-the Border specialties you might not otherwise find in Nashville.
