The Hip Zipper isn't your average secondhand store. For starters, everything in the vintage clothing boutique is extremely well-organized, down to fashion magazine photos on display near each rack to give customers ideas on how to put pieces together. Owner Trisha Brantley finds many of her items through hush-hush estate sales and word of mouth, and most everything in the store is $50 or less. There's even a "free for all" bin filled with pieces that need a little love -- a new zipper or a fresh hem.
