Sold in 2006 to an investment group, the complex has been in the process of going through some major changes. In the works: new Vanderbilt redevelopment offices, new retailers and new restaurants. Construction begins soon on the $90 million dollar facelift, sure to turn around the once dilapidated structure. Look for an updated parking lot, easier to navigate entrance and exit ramps, new landscaping and shops to be selling wares in time for Christmas season 2008.
